Qualifications

• Three to five years retail management experience.
• Ability to perform in a high volume, highly complex location.

Responsibilities

• Drive customer service excellence and ensure high standards of store presentation and safety.

• Coordinate scheduling to ensure maximum coverage during peak traffic periods.
• Recruit, train, supervise and develop store associates; address performance issues as needed.
• Interface with corporate HQ and uphold brand standards and company policies.
