Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations to maximize profitability and ensure safe, compliant store environment.
• Supervise associates, address performance, and implement disciplinary actions as needed.
• Maintain brand and SOP standards, ensure proper store presentation and merchandising.
• Manage scheduling, budgeting, payroll, and controllable expenses.
• Support customer service focus and provide a responsive shopping experience.
