Job summary

Floor & Decor is seeking an experienced Store Manager in Florida to lead daily operations, drive sales, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will supervise associates, manage schedules, and ensure merchandising, inventory, and loss prevention align with brand guidelines.

Qualifications

• Three to five years retail management experience.
• Ability to perform in a high-volume, complex location.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales budgets and provide an exceptional shopping experience.
• Supervise and develop store staff; ensure scheduling and payroll adherence.
• Oversee merchandising, pricing, inventory, and loss prevention.
• Analyze reports (P&L, CPR, BAT, STPOA, STPRC) to optimize performance.
• Collaborate with HQ to maintain brand and operating standards.
