Job summary

Floor & Decor in Florida seeks an experienced Store Manager to lead daily operations, drive sales, and deliver an exceptional shopping experience in accordance with company guidelines on sales, service, and staff development.

You will supervise scheduling, merchandising, pricing, inventory accuracy, and loss prevention while coaching associates to exceed standards in a fast-paced retail environment. Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Three to five years retail management experience.
• Ability to manage high volume, complex location.
• Strong recruiting, hiring, and training skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical skills.
• Ability to schedule, supervise and develop staff.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and deliver an exceptional shopping experience.
• Teach and apply the P’s of retail (People, Product, Price, Purchasing, Position, Presentation, Promotion, Pro Services).
• Merchandise strategy and maintain store presentation.
• Ensure safety and loss prevention compliance.
• Oversee scheduling and supervise associates; coach performance.
