Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations to ensure profitability and safety.
• Direct scheduling, staffing, and training of associates.
• Monitor inventory accuracy and cycle counts; supervise shrink control.
• Collaborate with General Manager on budgets and expenses.
• Ensure brand and COP/SOP compliance and superior customer service.
