Job summary

MINISO USA is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support daily operations, coach a team, and uphold MINISO standards at our stores in Texas. You will help drive customer service, merchandising, and sales performance while mentoring staff and ensuring policy compliance.

The role requires leadership, strong communication, and the ability to manage inventory, scheduling, and training. Must be flexible for nights, weekends, and holidays, with travel between locations as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Associate degree or higher in Business Administration, Organizational Behavior, Hospitality or related degrees preferred.
• 1+ years of experience in retail management with a track record of leading teams.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager by leading a dynamic team of Shift Leads and Sales Associates.
• Promote Miniso mission and core values in daily activities.
• Ensure exceptional customer service and maintain merchandising standards.
• Drive sales performance and achieve targets with the sales team.
• Manage inventory levels, processing shipments, and handling damages/returns.
• Support recruitment, training, staffing, and retention of store talent.
• Oversee staff scheduling, adherence to policies, and compliance with handbook guidelines.
• Provide constructive feedback to foster growth and accountability.
• Collaborate with Loss Prevention to address shrink in line with policy.
