Job summary

MINISO is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in the United States to support the Store Manager in daily operations and drive sales performance. The role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, coaching the team, and maintaining merchandising standards across the store.

You will lead and mentor a team of Sales Associates, promote the loyalty program, and ensure inventory accuracy while upholding company procedures and policies.

Qualifications

• Proven successful experience in retail management.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and customer management skills.

• Ability to relocate or manage additional stores based on business needs.
• Ability to travel between locations is required.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Manager in overseeing daily operations and driving sales performance.
• Lead a team of Shift Leads and Sales Associates; coach and mentor trainees.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain merchandising standards.
• Promote membership program and build customer loyalty.
• Assist in recruitment, training, staffing, and retention of store talent.
• Manage inventory, shipments, damages, and returns; ensure inventory control.
