Bob’s Discount Furniture is seeking a Retail Assistant Manager to blend floor leadership with back-end operations, logistics, and team development in a fast-paced showroom. This on-site, full-time role requires weekend and holiday availability and a focus on delivering The Bob’s Way to customers.

You will drive store performance, mentor associates, manage inventory and processes, and uphold safety and compliance while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of retail, warehouse, or operations management experience.
• Proven success in team leadership and operational oversight.
• Must be at least 18 years old to be considered for employment.
