Bob’s Discount Furniture is seeking an Retail Assistant Manager to lead on the sales floor and oversee back-end operations, logistics, and team development in a fast-paced showroom. You will support store performance, drive operational goals, and help deliver exceptional customer experiences in line with The Bob’s Way.

The role is full-time and on-site, with weekend, evening, and holiday availability required; prior retail or warehouse management experience is welcomed across diverse teams.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of retail, warehouse, or operations management experience
• Proven success in team leadership and operational oversight
• Must be at least 18 years old to be considered for employment with Bob’s
