Responsibilities

• Oversees receiving and organizing stock to ensure items are quickly placed on the sales floor.
• Manages the setup and maintenance of displays and signage per corporate guidelines.
• Handles opening/closing procedures including cash handling and security.
• Acts as Manager on Duty when needed, supervising operations, staff, and customer service.
• Oversees daily activities of store associates and provides coaching.
• Supports onboarding and training of associates on policies and procedures.
• Drives store sales and controls expenses through merchandising and service improvements.
• Executes market plans by aligning products and signage with corporate guidelines.
• Ensures adherence to Inventory Integrity processes.
