Dollar Tree is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help run daily store operations, support customer service, and develop a team. The role requires strong communication and organizational skills with hands-on supervision of store associates.

Responsibilities include merchandise handling, loss prevention, and maintaining clean and safe store conditions while delivering excellent service to customers and leading by example.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to read and explain operational directives.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs. and perform physical tasks.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills required.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment.
