Job summary

Dollar Tree is seeking a Merchandise Assistant Manager in Lebanon, PA to support the Store Manager in leading a dynamic team and driving merchandising and freight processing. You will help with daily store functions, openings, closings, asset protection, and policy adherence, while keeping the store clean and presentable.

You will assist with merchandise receipt and freight flow, plan merchandising and monthly sales efforts, and maintain high-energy teamwork.

Qualifications

• Retail and management experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Ability to lift 30–50 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Open and close procedures.
• Protect and secure store assets, including cash.
• Follow safety guidelines and company policies.
• Maintain stockroom and sales floor to company standards.
• Process corporate directives and store communications.
• Ensure store cleanliness and presentability throughout the shift.
• Provide a positive, safe, and respectful environment for customers and staff.
• Support the Store Manager with freight flow and merchandising.
