Job summary

Westlake Ace Hardware is seeking a Floor Supervisor to help manage store operations. The role will support the General Manager and Assistants, direct staff, and ensure excellent customer service while maintaining a safe, organized store environment.

Responsibilities include supervising daily operations, assisting with loss prevention and audits, training staff, and handling cashiering tasks. Prior hardware retail experience is preferred, and a HS diploma or GED is required.

Qualifications

• High School or GED required.
• Retail management experience preferred (hardware).
• Standing, walking, lifting up to 25 lbs, climbing.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing store operations generally.
• Supervise store operations in GM/Assistant Manager absence.
• Support customers and staff to meet goals and objectives.
• Train and guide associates; ensure safety, loss prevention, and audits.
• Perform cashiering functions and daily maintenance tasks.

Education
