Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in controlling store assets and planning actions to meet departmental goals.
• Act as supervisor in the Store Manager's absence and supervise staff accordingly.
• Help with hiring, training, and evaluating store personnel.
• Provide guidance to employees and customers across departments.
• Monitor inventory, sales statistics, and expenses to ensure profitability.
• Direct staff to complete department responsibilities and communicate trends.
