Formación

• Experience working in a retail environment, preferably in footwear and athletic apparel.
• 1-3 years of customer service experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to assist in managing a team and keep up with overall goals and profits.
• Self-starter with initiative to take on important tasks without being asked.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and with precision.
• Team-player, passionate about outstanding customer service and selling merchandise.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the Store Manager in controlling the assets of Hibbett I City Gear; consult with Store Manager in establishing action plans to accomplish store responsibilities such as selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering, and scheduling.
• Assumes responsibility of the entire store in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Consult with the Store Manager in establishing action plans to accomplish department and overall store responsibilities such as selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering, and scheduling.
• Assist the Store Manager in overall personnel recruiting, training, and evaluation.
• Provide knowledge and guidance to employees and customers in all departments when necessary.
• Be aware of inventory, sales statistics, and expenses to ensure profitability in all departments.
• Direct staff to ensure each department’s responsibilities and standards are completed.
• Keep the Store Manager informed about inventory movement and customer trends.
• Assure quality customer service is maintained.
• Perform general administrative duties and be trained in the Store Manager’s responsibilities.
• Produce and give extraordinary customer service highlighted in the customer service manual and assist customers as they enter the store and during peak periods.
• Promote and sell services and merchandise provided by Hibbett I City Gear.
• Uphold all company policies, procedures and standards as per manuals and memos.
• Protect company assets and financial information by ensuring internal control procedures and reporting potential fraud risk.
