Runnings in Watford City, ND is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead a brand-new 66,000-square-foot location. You will build a capable team, establish a customer-focused culture, and drive the store from the ground up while upholding the company’s values of hard work and community commitment.

You’ll lead operations, deliver exceptional service, manage budgets, and collaborate with buyers to meet product and merchandising goals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of retail or hospitality management in a high-volume environment.
• Hands-on leader who coaches and builds strong relationships with team members and peers.
• Team-focused mindset with ability to motivate diverse teams toward shared goals.
• Strong problem-solving skills; use data to make decisions and drive results.
• Flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
• College degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.

• Total Compensation Range: $80,000–$90,000 per year (base plus bonus).
