Role Description

The Retail Store Manager – Moorhead, MN is a full-time, on-site leadership role located in Watford City, ND. This position is responsible for overseeing daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, staffing, merchandising, and inventory control. The Store Manager leads and develops the store team to deliver excellent customer service, achieve sales and profitability goals, and maintain a clean, safe, and organized shopping environment. The role includes monitoring loss prevention practices, ensuring compliance with company policies, and handling customer concerns in a professional manner. The Store Manager also collaborates with regional and corporate support teams to execute promotions, implement operational improvements, and support community engagement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Strong customer-focused skills, including Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction.
• Effective interpersonal abilities, such as clear Communication and team leadership.
• Proficiency in Store Management, including staff supervision, scheduling, and inventory oversight.
• Knowledge of Retail Loss Prevention practices and procedures.
• Previous retail management or supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Demonstrated skills in problem-solving, decision-making, and conflict resolution.
• Basic proficiency with point-of-sale systems and standard office software.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education in business or retail management is beneficial.
• Capability to stand, walk, lift, and move merchandise as part of regular store activities.

Base Pay: $65,000 - $75,000, and a Store Bonus Plan
