Circle K Grand Canyon BU - Region 06 - Market 04 at 8545 Blue Diamond Rd, Las Vegas, NV 89178 is seeking a Store Supervisor to lead daily operations, supervise staff, and ensure outstanding customer service.

The role involves training employees, managing inventory and reports, and maintaining store standards while working a flexible schedule including days, evenings, overnights, and weekends in a full-time capacity.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Retail sales experience preferred.
• Ability to supervise and train staff for CSR/ASM duties.
• Ability to use computer and analyze reports, inventory, and cash controls.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and train staff to ensure excellent customer service.
• Plan and assign tasks to keep the site clean, stocked and well kept.
• Maintain professional relations with suppliers and resolve complaints.
• Train employees on safety procedures and company standards.
• Organize files and ensure timely reporting of required documents.
• Analyze daily sales and manage P&L and margins.
• Perform duties indoors with occasional outdoor site work.
