Job summary

Circle K Stores Inc. is seeking a Store Manager for Grand Canyon BU - Region 04 - Market 07 at 2041 W Van Buren, Phoenix, AZ 85009. The role requires leadership to drive store performance, staff development, and exceptional customer service.

As Store Manager, you will recruit and train employees, supervise daily operations, manage inventory and safety, and ensure adherence to company standards while maintaining a positive store image.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in retail sales preferred.
• Ability to supervise and train for the use of equipment and materials as described in CSR/ASM job descriptions.
• Ability to supervise and manage CSR/ASM functions.
• Ability to use a computer and analyze reports, inventory and cash controls.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and train employees to deliver excellent customer service.
• Develop, manage and assign tasks to keep the site clean, stocked and well maintained.
• Maintain a professional image among staff and supervisors.
• Schedule employees to maximize customer service within company guidelines.
• Ensure non-discriminatory management, training and counseling of staff.
• Develop relationships with suppliers and resolve customer complaints promptly.
• Prepare performance appraisals and provide feedback to employees.
• Train staff on safety procedures and promote safety awareness.
