ALDI USA is seeking a Store Manager Trainee in Florida to lead store operations and develop a high-performing team. This full-time program combines hands-on leadership with daily store duties, including merchandising, customer service, and adherence to store standards.

The starting wage is $29.50 per hour, with an estimated first-year earnings potential of $87,000–$103,000 inclusive of salary and bonus where applicable. Travel within division may be required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older with high school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail management experience preferred.
• Ability to lead and develop store personnel.

Responsibilities

• Communicates responsibilities and performance expectations to direct reports to ensure desired results; leads and develops store personnel.
• Develops and implements action plans using company provided resources to improve operating results.
• Oversees resolution of employee and customer concerns, aligning with the district manager, as needed.
• Interviews candidates for store positions and provides recommendations to the district manager.
• Manages personnel, including recommending personnel for advancement and termination as appropriate.
• Communicates, cooperates, and interacts effectively with all levels of ALDI personnel, customers, third-party vendors and business partners.
• Leads, develops, and supervises the team to develop sales, engage our teams, satisfy customers and achieve high performance.
