Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior experience in a retail environment and prior management experience.

Responsibilities

• Communicates responsibilities and performance expectations to direct reports to ensure results; leads and develops store personnel.
• Develops and implements action plans using company resources to improve operating results.
• Oversees resolution of employee and customer concerns with the district manager as needed.
• Interviews candidates for store positions and provides recommendations to the district manager.
• Manages personnel, including recommending advancement and termination as appropriate.
• Ensures compliant interactions with customers and coworkers and promotes teamwork.
