The role emphasizes customer service, adherence to company values, and hands-on training across store operations. Starting wage is $25.00 per hour with potential earnings up to $89,500 in Year 1, including salary and bonus where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Supervises day-to-day store operations to ensure high customer service
• Models company values and fosters teamwork
• Addresses customer concerns and resolves issues
• Maintains store signage and product freshness
• Assists in hiring and interviewing store personnel
• Prepares weekly schedules to ensure adequate staffing
• Sets and communicates responsibilities and performance expectations
• Conducts store meetings and training

• Manages payroll and loss prevention budgets
• Performs cash audits with leadership
