Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• Retail management experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Communicates job responsibilities and performance expectations to direct reports to ensure desired results; leads and develops store personnel.
• Develops and implements action plans using company provided resources to improve operating results.
• Oversees resolution of employee and customer concerns, aligning with the district manager, as needed.
• Interviews candidates for store positions and provides recommendations to the district manager.
• Manages personnel, including advancement and termination recommendations where appropriate.
• Ensures compliance with policies and procedures and maintains safe working environment.
