Job Description

As the Retail Flooring Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our retail showroom operations. Your primary goal will be to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction while driving sales and achieving business objectives. Your duties will include:

• Managing day-to-day operations of the retail showroom, including inventory management, sales, customer service, and staff supervision.
• Developing and implementing sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets and drive revenue growth.
• Providing exceptional customer service by assisting customers with product selection, offering expert advice, and addressing any inquiries or concerns.
• Training, coaching, and motivating sales staff to achieve individual and team sales goals and maintaining a positive and productive work environment.
• Monitoring industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth and improvement.
