Job summary

Bob's Carpet Mart in Largo, FL is seeking a friendly, detail‑oriented Sales Associate to deliver first‑class service and help customers choose products that fit their needs. You will measure sites, process orders, and support installations while maintaining showroom appearance.

The role requires a 40‑hour workweek with weekend shifts. A high school diploma or GED is required, and reliable transportation is preferred to visit job sites. Previous retail or sales experience is a plus.

• Accurately complete all necessary paperwork to process customer orders in a timely manner.
• Maintain confidentiality of pricing and internal operations.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

Bob's Carpet is looking to add a talented sales associate to our Largo location. Our Retail Sales Associates provide a first-class experience by offering excellent products and customer service to meet each customer's specific needs.

Responsibilities include

• Develop a rapport with our customers and pair them with the best products and services to meet their needs

• Visit job sites to measure for products and assess installation needs
