Job summary

Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona is seeking a Retail Store Manager to oversee the sales floor, lead a team of Retail Sales Associates, and achieve set sales goals for GCNA and its affiliates.

You will manage daily operations, drive customer service excellence, inventory control, and safety compliance while mentoring staff and upholding Goodwill values. Starting pay is $18.00 per hour with a comprehensive benefits package and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• One-year retail management experience preferred.
• One-year customer service experience required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Able to pass a background check and drug screen.
• Ability to read and speak English proficiently.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the sales floor to meet store goals.
• Lead, coach, and retain a high performing Retail Sales Associate team.
• Ensure excellent customer service to donors and customers.
• Maintain store cleanliness, appearance, and safety compliance.
• Manage inventory, banking deposits, and daily paperwork.
• Support change management and reinforce Goodwill core values.
