We’re looking for an energetic and dedicated individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can effectively lead the Springfield team to success, with a pay range of $58,000–$70,000 per year plus bonus potential.

Qualifications

• 2 years: Previous Retail/Customer Service Experience
• 2 years: Previous Managerial Experience
• Preferred: Bachelor's in Business Administration or related field

Responsibilities

• Responsible for overall sales and expenses at assigned retail store.
• Direct and coordinate the merchandising of products.
• Set priorities for distribution of new merchandise.
• Ensure adequate inventory in all areas.
• Assist customers with purchases, returns, special orders, etc.
• Work closely with Retail Buyers to address product needs.
• Ensure safety in handling merchandise by employees and customers.
• Delegate authority to managerial personnel as deemed appropriate.
