Runnings is seeking a Retail Store Manager for Moorhead, MN. This full-time, on-site role oversees daily operations, leads staff, and drives sales while maintaining a safe, organized store environment.

The position requires strong customer service, leadership, and inventory control skills, with flexibility to work evenings and weekends. Base pay ranges from $65,000 to $75,000 plus a Store Bonus Plan.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required; business/retail management education is beneficial.
• Retail management or supervisory experience preferred.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures.
