The Finish Line is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily operations, inspire a high-performance team, and deliver exceptional customer experiences in our retail store. You will shape store success through hands-on leadership and a focus on sales, service, and standards.

You'll manage schedules, help drive store profitability, and ensure compliance with health & safety, visuals, and company policies while staying attuned to local markets and customer needs.

Qualifications

• Experience as Retail Store Manager or similar role.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-focused with ability to drive sales targets.
• Analytical mindset for sales data and budgets.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends/holidays.
