The Finish Line, Inc. is seeking dynamic Assistant Store Manager and Supervisor to lead daily store operations in a fast-paced retail environment.

You’ll recruit, train, and develop a high‑performing team while delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving store profitability. You will oversee inventory, visual merchandising, and store standards, work flexible hours including weekends, and play a key role in local marketing and community engagement.

Qualifications

• Experience as Retail Store Manager or similar with proven sales targets.
• 2+ years in retail leadership preferred; ability to manage budgets.
• Proficiency with retail software and basic computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily store operations and team performance.
