Job summary

The Finish Line, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager and Supervisor to lead daily operations and inspire a high-performing team in our retail environment.

You will foster exceptional customer experiences, drive sales, and manage store performance with autonomy and accountability. As a member of the Management team, you will oversee inventory, merchandising, and health & safety compliance while delivering on budgets and promotional strategies.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Retail Store Manager or similar, with success meeting sales targets.
• Open availability including mornings, days, nights; weekend/holiday work required.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Must speak English clearly and read/write English; basic math skills needed.
• Willing to relocate within the company's network as needed.
