Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• 2+ years retail leadership experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends/holidays.
• Proficiency in basic math for reports and budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train a high-performance store team.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and service.
• Drive store sales and profitability through merchandising.
• Oversee daily operations, inventory and merchandising.
• Manage budgets, expenses and analyze sales data.
• Lead local marketing and community engagement efforts.
