T-Mobile USA seeks a Retail Store Manager to lead a busy retail environment, coach a diverse team, and align store operations with brand standards. You’ll hire, train, schedule, and manage assets while ensuring exceptional customer experiences and sales results.

You’ll stay current on products, services, and leadership practices, driving engagement, loss prevention, and performance through development plans and recognition. This role is on-site in the Foxley Manor area.

Qualifikationen

• Observe store employees’ interactions with customers and provide feedback for coaching and training.
• Assist with customer issues to improve customer experience.
• Own store success including staffing, scheduling, labor, marketing and loss prevention.
• Support operations by monitoring sales, inventory and implementing new programs.
• Maintain a neat, organized store environment.
• Hire employees passionate about customer relationships and the T-Mobile brand.
• Develop and mentor the team to deliver excellent customer service.
• Lead by example and stay updated on products and leadership practices.
• Foster inclusive team environment.
• Improve productivity, control expenses, and drive key performance indicators.
• Provide performance coaching and recognition.
• Ensure employees meet monthly targets.
• Meet or exceed store sales goals.
