DTLR, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager to oversee daily operations, drive sales and profitability, and lead a team across the district. You will recruit, train, and evaluate staff, manage expenses and inventory, and uphold exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.

The role requires at least 1 year in retail management, strong leadership, and the ability to work a 46-hour week with flexible scheduling, including weekends and holidays. Travel to multiple stores is expected.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum of one (1) year in retail management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to interact with management, associates and customers.
• Ability to plan strategically, prioritize work and manage multiple stores if required.

• Oversee daily store operations to maximize sales and profitability.
