Job summary

Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona seeks a Retail Store Leader to drive store performance, lead the Assistant Store Manager and teams, and ensure top-notch donor and customer service. You will manage production, donations, and daily operations to meet financial goals.

The role requires retail leadership experience, a valid driver’s license, and strong collaboration with community partners as part of our mission to empower individuals and strengthen communities.

Qualifications

• Two years’ work experience in Retail Management, preferably thrift.
• One-year customer service experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; valid driver’s license.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen; English proficient.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes retail operations plan to achieve income, revenue, and production goals.
• Coordinates with Retail District Manager on strategic plans to drive donations.
• Monitors product levels daily to meet budget targets.
• Manages payroll costs and operating costs within budget.
• Ensures excellent customer service to donors and customers.
• Maintains store cleanliness and reflects the Goodwill brand.
• Partners with community businesses to promote the mission.
