Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona is hiring a Customer Service Manager in Phoenix, AZ. You will oversee the sales floor, lead a team of Retail Sales Associates, and drive daily, weekly, and monthly goals while ensuring excellent donor and customer service.

The role demands retail management experience, strong communication, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. You will report to store leadership and support company culture and safety standards at the Metro Store location.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year work experience in Retail Management.
• Minimum 1 year customer service experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Execute retail operations plan to achieve daily, monthly, quarterly, and yearly goals.
• Lead and mentor Retail Sales Associates to maintain high performance.
• Ensure store meets security, health, and safety policies and procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service to donors and customers and de-escalate issues when needed.
• Coordinate with store leadership to drive company culture and engagement.
