• 2+ years of supervising a diverse team, including performance management and talent development.

Responsabilités

• Lead and manage all aspects of the store, ensuring SOPs, policies and standards are followed.
• Deliver sales and KPI goals, manage the team to achieve results and brand promises.
• Implement shrink and safety programs and oversee store budgets.
• Hire, train, coach and develop Team Members and conduct performance reviews.
