Family Dollar in Williamsport, PA is seeking a Store Manager to lead associates, assist customers, and drive store sales. You will oversee daily operations, train staff, and ensure a positive shopping experience while safeguarding assets and complying with laws and policies.

As a Store Manager, you will implement directives from corporate leadership, build community relationships, and manage merchandising directions to maximize profitability in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Ability to focus on results and build strong relationships with team members is required.
• Excellent communication skills are required.
• Retail management experience is preferred.
• Ability to regularly lift up to 40 lbs. (occasionally 55 lbs.) from floor level to above shoulder height is required.
• Ability to handle frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting.
