Finish Line, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager / Supervisor to lead a dynamic retail team in Ocala, FL. You will drive daily operations, coach staff, and deliver an outstanding customer experience while achieving sales targets.

In this role, you’ll manage schedules, control inventory, implement visual merchandising standards, and partner with the community to grow brand presence. A high school diploma and retail leadership experience are preferred.

Formación

• Proven experience in retail store management or similar role.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to analyze sales data and manage budgets.
• Willingness to work flexible hours incl weekends/holidays.
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in retail software.
