You will recruit and develop staff, set performance goals, and ensure high standards of service in a fast-paced retail environment. In this role you will optimize sales through strong merchandising, manage budgets, and collaborate with the leadership team to implement local marketing and community initiatives.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years of retail leadership preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to analyze sales data and budgets.
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays.
