Hibbett, Inc. in Crowley, LA is seeking an Assistant Manager to support the Store Manager in daily operations and customer service excellence. The role requires knowledge across product areas, adherence to company policies, and leadership in the absence of the Store Manager.

The position focuses on selling, restocking, merchandising, and managing scheduling, with an emphasis on outstanding customer service and safety of assets. Experience in retail, especially footwear/apparel, is preferred.

Competenze

• Experience in a retail environment, preferable in footwear and athletic apparel.
• 1-3 years of customer service experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Mansioni

• Assist the Store Manager in controlling assets and store operations.
• Consult with the Store Manager to establish action plans for selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering, and scheduling.
• Act as the supervisor in the Store Manager’s absence and ensure profitability in all departments.
• Provide knowledge and guidance to employees and customers in all departments when necessary.
• Promote and sell services and merchandise and uphold company policies and standards.
