• Is a self-starter, has initiative to take on important tasks without being asked.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and with precision.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager in controlling the assets of Hibbett I City Gear.
• Collaborate with Store Manager to plan selling, restocking, merchandising, and scheduling.
• In the Store Manager’s absence, assume responsibility for the store.
• Support personnel recruiting, training, and evaluation.
• Provide knowledge and guidance to employees and customers in all departments.
• Monitor inventory, sales statistics, and expenses to ensure profitability.
• Direct staff to ensure department responsibilities and standards are met.
• Keep Store Manager informed about inventory movement and customer trends.
• Maintain high-quality customer service as per policy manuals.
• Handle general administrative duties and be trained in Store Manager duties.
• Deliver extraordinary customer service and assist multiple customers during peak periods.
• Promote and sell services and merchandise.
• Uphold policies and procedures in manuals and memos.
• Protect assets and financial information; report fraud risks.
