Qualifications

• Retail experience, footwear and athletic apparel preferred.
• Experience managing and cultivating a sales team.
• 3-5 years of customer service experience; 3+ years of management.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales and sales goals, focusing on company growth.
• Direct and oversee all store sales efforts and train staff.
• Monitor sales statistics, inventory and expenses to maximize profit.
• Collaborate with District Sales Manager to enforce policies and goals.
• Recruit, hire, train, and evaluate personnel; manage payroll and schedules.
• Maintain security and partner with Asset Protection to prevent shrink.
