Responsibilities

• Drive store sales and meet or exceed goals across all departments.
• Direct and coordinate store operations, assets, and payroll to protect profitability.
• Train, mentor, and supervise sales associates, assistants, and managers-in-training.
• Monitor inventory, expenses, and performance metrics to optimize results.
• Collaborate with District Sales Manager to implement policies and campaigns.
