Job summary

Music & Arts is seeking a Retail Store Manager to lead daily sales and operations with a focus on outstanding customer service. You will coach the sales team, manage inventory and payroll, and oversee recruitment and training for store staff in a dynamic retail environment.

Responsibilities include executing tasks for institutional sales and rental services, promoting lesson programs, and supporting teachers.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 2 years of relevant work experience.
• 3-5 years retail experience.
• Musical experience and interest.

Responsibilities

• Run day-to-day sales and operations while delivering excellent customer service.
• Coach and support the sales team to meet objectives and stay motivated.
• Monitor inventory, payroll, staffing, and training of store employees.
• Manage institutional sales and rental services for assigned accounts.
• Promote Music & Arts lesson programs and assist teachers.
