Music & Arts is seeking a Retail Store Manager to run day-to-day sales and operations in our New Jersey location. You will coach the sales team, monitor financials and inventory, ensure visible, ready-to-sell products, and manage payroll, recruiting and training of staff.

You will promote lesson programs, deliver exceptional customer service, and handle institutional sales and rental tasks. A bonus program applies, with comprehensive benefits and a company‑wide incentive structure.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience in retail or similar roles.
• Preferred 3–5 years of retail experience.
• Musical experience and interest preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Manage Sales team by coaching, counseling, advice, support, motivation to meet sales objectives.
• Stay current on financial data, inventory, and other statistics.
• Ensure products are available and displayed properly across the store.
• Oversee payroll, recruiting, hiring and training of store employees.
• Execute operational tasks for institutional sales and rental services for all accounts.
• Promote Music & Arts lesson program and assist teachers.
• Demonstrate outstanding customer service to every customer.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
