Wild Bill’s Tobacco is seeking a Retail Store Manager to oversee daily operations at one of our Kalamazoo locations. You will lead staff, manage inventory and finances, and deliver outstanding customer service in a fast-paced tobacco retail environment.

The ideal candidate has retail management experience, strong leadership skills, and a passion for customer service. This on-site role requires flexibility for extended hours, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Leadership and customer service experience required.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic math.
• Experience managing store operations and staff scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview, select and retain top talent.
