Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview, select and retain top talent.
• Motivate, coach, develop, lead, and train the staff.
• Develop team product knowledge to become experts.
• Develop team selling skills to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Manage scheduling, cash handling, and bank deposits.
• Promote policies and ensure compliance.
• Identify improvements to boost productivity.
• Set clear performance expectations and train staff.
• Communicate priorities and selling information effectively.
• Maintain clean, safe store environment and sanitation procedures.
• Ensure proper inventory levels and product ordering.
• Acquire product knowledge and stay updated on launches.

• Open/close store and manage daily operations.
• Assist customers with sales and service.
• Develop plans to maximize sales and drive performance.
• Partner with District Manager to address issues.

• Implement store programs to increase efficiency.
