You will drive financial results, ensure policy compliance, and foster a high‑performing environment aligned with our mission and values.

You will manage staffing, training, scheduling, and store procedures, ensuring safety, budget adherence, and service excellence across the team and donors.

Qualifications

• 5+ years supervising teams of 30+ employees.
• 5+ years or more management experience; retail preferred.
• Strong budgeting and planning to exceed financial goals.
• Experience hiring, training and developing staff.
• Proficiency with MS Office suite.

Responsabilités

• Complies with SOPs and safety policies and procedures.
• Administers HR policies and hiring processes; coordinates with HR.
• Prioritizes workload and ensures SOP execution.
• Drives production and sales to exceed financial goals.
• Builds a high-performing team through training and motivation.
• Achieves budgeted revenue and production goals for the store.
• Oversees maintenance, safety and store operations.
• Schedules coverage to maximize sales while controlling labor.
