Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience supervising teams of 30+ employees.
• Retail management experience preferred.
• Budget development and planning experience.
• Experience in developing SOPs and staff development.
• Proficiency with MS Office suite and scheduling software.
• Experience recruiting, hiring, training and performance reviews.

Responsibilities

• Complies with SOPs, policies and security procedures.
• Administers HR processes including interviewing and hiring, coordinating with HR.
• Prioritizes workload and validates SOP execution.
• Drives production and sales to exceed financial goals.
• Builds and maintains a high-performing store team through training and motivation.
• Achieves budgeted revenue and production goals to support the mission.
• Identifies work, delegates tasks to reach performance goals.
• Ensures safety and well-being of employees, guests and donors.
• Adheres to store standards including opening/closing, cash handling, pricing, and reporting.
• Performs all job functions as needed.
• Oversees maintenance and housekeeping; reports issues promptly.
• Ensures staff training and cross-department coordination.
• Schedules coverage to maximize sales and control labor hours.
• Maintains flexible schedule including evenings, holidays, weekends.
• Performs housekeeping duties as required.
• Performs other duties as assigned by management.
